Return policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. SALE items are not typically eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a $5.95 flat rate return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping in the Continental United States on all our Lindquist Lane products.  Any products being shipped separately from one of our fulfillment partners will be calculated at checkout.

At this time, we are unable to ship to those outside of the Continental U.S.  Shipping times vary, but pease email Hello@LindquistLane.com at any time if you'd like an update on your order's processing timeframe.
